BRUCE ROGOFF

Bruce Rogoff

Bruce Rogoff founded The Staten Group with more than 20 years of legal, C-level operating and private equity experience. His founding vision was to build a company solely focused on supporting private equity investors with their underperforming assets.

For eight years, Mr. Rogoff served as a partner at Mintz Levin, a national law firm based in Boston with more than 300 attorneys. From his experience there, he moved to the $200 million international marketing services company, Trans National Group, where he served as CEO and Vice Chairman for six years. From Trans National, Mr. Rogoff was recruited to Great Hill Partners, a $2 billion private equity fund focused on business services, media, communications and healthcare, where he served as a partner until the founding of The Staten Group.

Mr. Rogoff has served as CEO, Chief Restructuring Officer, member of the Board of Directors or consultant for the following businesses: Cloverleaf Transportation, Duro Communications, Dental Economics, GroundLink, Healthfair, HeliFlite, Jobing.com, Language for Industry, LECG Consulting, LiveBridge, M3 Crane, Matrix Systems, Mergent, Progressive International, Saker Aviation, Security Source, Summit Golf Brands, TNCI, Trimark Sportswear and TriVin. Mr. Rogoff holds a B.S. from Cornell University and a J.D. from Boston University.

NIL SHAH

Nil Shah

As co-founder of The Staten Group, Nil Shah has successfully managed and turned around multiple organizations across diverse industries such as business services, information technology, marketing, publishing and apparel distribution.

His executive experience includes CEO of Verance Corporation, a software and technology development company that provides essential technology to the entertainment industry, including the MPAA studios and other content owners; CEO of [x+1], Inc. (formerly Poindexter Systems), a marketing software and services company focused on online advertisers; and CEO of Interelate, Inc., an analytic customer relationship management solutions company which provided hosted CRM solutions to Fortune 1000 clients.

Mr. Shah was also an executive with Trans National Group, an international marketing services firm serving the telecommunications, financial services and travel industries, where he focused on essential business issues of customer acquisition, retention and cross-sell. Prior to Trans National, Mr. Shah worked on the fixed income derivatives trading desk at Salomon Brothers. Mr. Shah holds a B.S. in Physics from Yale University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

WILLIAM H. HUNTINGTON

William H. Huntington

With over 30 years of financial management experience, Bill Huntington is an operating CFO with a strong business background ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. He specializes in situations involving rapid change and an immediate need for profit improvement.

Formerly, Mr. Huntington served as CFO with FNX Limited (sold to GL Trade EURO: PGLT), Security Source (sold to Checkpoint Systems NYSE: CKP), Tesia Corporation, CSK Software NA, MicroBiz Corporation, FD Consulting (sold to CSK Group NASDAQ: CSKKY) and Vertex Business Systems, Inc. (sold to Alltel NYSE: AT).

Prior to these positions he held various financial management and audit positions at Control Data Corporation (including Controller assignments in telecommunications and ASP business units), Fingerhut Manufacturing and National Car Rental. As an interim CFO, Mr. Huntington works with management teams to restore cash flow and investor credibility, and implement exit strategies. Mr. Huntington holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Bemidji State University and holds CMA and CFM certifications.
